Step 1: Have a Look in Your Email
When you placed your order, we sent a confirmation email that includes your Sales Invoice.
To find it, try searching your inbox (and your junk/spam folder) using one of these subject lines:
- “Thank you for your order” – for orders placed before 4th July 2025
- “Your DFS order confirmation” – for orders placed on or after 4th July 2025

Why You’re Asking | What to Do |

Making a Guardsman (Sofacare) Claim | You usually don’t need a copy of your invoice. Guardsman can use your order number, or your name and postcode, to find the details they need. ➜ Already spoken to Guardsman and they can’t locate your details? Please send us a message and we’ll arrange to update their records. |
For your own records | If Track My Order doesn’t show all the details you need, and you can’t locate your original confirmation email, just send us a message and we’ll arrange to email you a copy. |
VAT Claim | If you need an invoice to make a VAT claim, we can arrange to send you a VAT invoice. Please send us a message and we’ll sort it for you. |
