To find out which finance company you are with simply check the paperwork they sent you at the time of placing the order, or check the name that is on your bank account direct debit. When you call, please ensure you have your agreement number to hand (this is found on the letter that you will have received from the finance provider when your order was placed) to ensure a quick and prompt response.
