This is the date we gave you when you placed your order and it will be on your order confirmation paperwork.  Your estimated delivery date is when we expect your sofa to arrive at our local distribution centre. Please note this is an approximate date and was based on the information we had at the time you placed your order. 

We recommend that you track your order through our website. For customers in England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland you can also keep informed about your order by monitoring https://www.dfs.co.uk/trackmyorder. For customers in the Republic of Ireland please use  https://www.dfs.ie/trackmyorder. Track my order will be updated 24 hours before your furniture is due into our local distribution centre.  When your furniture is ready, we will call you to book a new delivery date. Until you hear from us, we strongly recommend that you keep hold of your existing furniture until we can book a specific delivery time and date for you.
