What if my furniture is delayed?

We strive to work to the estimated lead time given when you placed your order but if there is an unfortunate occasion where your order is delayed we will inform you at our earliest chance and please be assured as soon as we receive an update, we will pass this information on to you. 

Continue to monitor ‘track my order’ on our website. This is the best way to keep informed about your delivery. If your furniture is delayed we will keep you updated with regular emails on the progress of your delivery.

We strongly recommend that you keep hold of your existing furniture until we can book a specific delivery time and date for you.

Our teams are working really hard and we are doing everything within our capabilities to ensure we have all the logistics in place to deliver your sofa as close as possible to your estimated delivery date. We really appreciate your patience and understanding.
