What if my furniture is delayed?

Like many retailers in the UK and Ireland, we are being impacted by the current supply chain disruptions due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic and Brexit.  This includes congestion at the ports as well as a shortage of HGV drivers in the UK and Ireland which is hampering the logistics industry's ability to move goods out of the ports as well as around the country.

Continue to monitor ‘track my order’ on our website. This is the best way to keep informed about your delivery. If you do need to contact us, please be aware that we’re receiving a significant volume of enquiries at present and we may not be able to respond as quickly as we’d like. If your furniture is delayed we will keep you updated with regular emails on the progress of your delivery.

We strongly recommend that you keep hold of your existing furniture until we can book a specific delivery time and date for you.

Our teams are working really hard and we are doing everything within our capabilities to ensure we have all the logistics in place to deliver your sofa as close as possible to your estimated delivery date. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during these exceptional circumstances.
