Can I expect to receive my order before Christmas?

At the moment we are still confident that the vast majority of orders placed for a pre Christmas delivery will be delivered before December 24th. However, please be aware that like all retailers, we are experiencing some supply chain disruptions due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic and Brexit. More recently, a shortage of HGV drivers in the UK and Ireland is hampering the logistics industry's ability to move goods around and as a result of this, we may not be able to get some furniture orders to our local distribution centres within our normal time frames. 

When you placed your order with us a few months ago, we gave you an ‘estimated delivery date’ based on the most up to date information we had at the time. If we’re unable to deliver your furniture before Christmas we will let you know as soon as possible by email. This email will highlight the next steps in the process and provide guidance on what to do next. Until you receive the email informing you that your order will not be delivered before Christmas there is no need to contact us. We advise that you continue to monitor Track My Order on our website. 

We strongly recommend that you keep hold of your existing furniture until we can book a specific delivery time and date for you. 

Our teams are working really hard and we are doing everything within our capabilities to ensure we have all the logistics in place to deliver your sofa as close as possible to your estimated delivery date. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during these exceptional circumstances.
