Can I update my delivery address

Moved home?

If you’ve recently moved, just let us know as soon as possible using the Contact us form below. We’ll take care of updating your details so your delivery can go ahead as smoothly as possible.

Can I update my delivery address?

Yes - if you need to change your delivery address, simply submit your request using our web form (click ‘Contact us’ below).

To help us process your request without delay, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Your full name
  • Your new delivery address
  • Any relevant delivery information (for example, access or parking details)

What happens next?

Once we’ve received your request, we’ll send a confirmation email to the email address linked to your order.

This email will outline your requested change and ask you to approve it. For security reasons, we’re only able to proceed once this has been confirmed.

You should receive this email within two working days, so please check your inbox (and junk folder, just in case).

Once approved, we’ll update your address and continue preparing your order. If your new address affects your delivery arrangements, we’ll be in touch to let you know the next steps.
