Can I update my delivery address

How to Request a Change of Delivery Address

If you need to update your delivery address, please submit your request using our webform (Click 'Contact us' below).

Once we receive your request, we will send a confirmation email to the email address currently on file.

What Happens Next?

  • You will receive an email confirming the details of your request, including your new delivery address.
  • For security reasons, we cannot process your request until you approve the change via the email account linked to your order.
  • This confirmation email should arrive within two working days.

Need Help?

If you do not receive the confirmation email within two working days or need further assistance, please reply to the email you receive from us confirming we have received your request.
