Paying in full
You can pay the full balance for your order when you place it using one of the following payment methods:
- Debit card
- Credit card (including Visa, Mastercard and Maestro)
- Bank transfer
- Cash (available in-store)
Payments can be made in-store, over the phone or, where available, online through Track My Order.
Can I pay a deposit?
Yes. If you'd prefer, you can secure your order with a 10% deposit and pay the remaining balance before your furniture is delivered.
Can I spread the cost?
Yes. We offer a range of interest-free finance options on qualifying orders, allowing you to spread the cost over a period that suits you.
Finance terms typically range from 6 to 36 months, subject to eligibility and lender approval.

- V12 Retail Finance
Do you offer Buy Now, Pay Later?
Yes. Selected purchases can also be made using Klarna, giving you access to flexible Buy Now, Pay Later payment options through the Klarna app.
