If you're having trouble connecting your sofa's Bluetooth speakers to your mobile, tablet or TV, follow the steps below.
1. Check your sofa has power
Before connecting to Bluetooth, make sure your sofa has power.
Check that:
- The power cable is securely connected to the back of the recliner.
- The power cable is securely connected to the wall socket.
- Your sofa is switched on and receiving power.

2. Search for your sofa's Bluetooth connection
Using your mobile phone, tablet or TV, search for available Bluetooth devices.

If another device is already connected, disconnect or unpair it before trying to connect another device.
Then search for the sofa's Bluetooth connection again.
3. Try connecting with a mobile or tablet
Try connecting your sofa's Bluetooth speaker to a mobile phone or tablet.
If you're able to connect successfully, continue to the next step.
If you can't connect your sofa to a mobile phone or tablet, please contact us for further help.
4. Connect your sofa to your TV
Try connecting your sofa's Bluetooth speaker to your TV.
If the sofa connects successfully, your Bluetooth connection should be working.
If you're unable to connect the sofa to your TV, check whether your TV supports Bluetooth Audio.
5. Check your TV supports Bluetooth Audio
Your TV needs to support Bluetooth Audio to connect to your sofa's Bluetooth speaker.
If your TV doesn't support Bluetooth Audio, the issue may be related to your TV's compatibility rather than the sofa.
Note: To find out if the TV is compatible, firstly obtain the TV model number. To find the TV model number:
- Select Settings
- Then Support
- Then About This TV (or similar)
Once you have obtained the TV model number head to Google, in the search bar input: Is TV model number XXXX Bluetooth compatible?
6. Check your TV sound settings
If your TV supports Bluetooth Audio but you're still not hearing sound through your sofa, check your TV's sound settings.
- Open your TV Settings.
- Go to Sound or Audio settings.
- Check that external sound output or external speakers are allowed.
- Make sure the appropriate external speaker or Bluetooth audio output is selected.
Once you've checked these settings, try playing audio through your TV again.
