When you buy from us, your sofa is made to last - and your guarantee is there for peace of mind if something isn’t quite right.
What’s covered for 15 years?
Your 15-year structural guarantee covers the important parts that keep your sofa strong and supportive, including:
- The frame
- Springs or webbing (the suspension)
If there’s a manufacturing fault affecting these, we’ll put it right.
What’s covered for 2 years?
For the first 2 years, we also cover manufacturing faults in:
- Fabric or leather covers
- Seat interiors (such as foam or fillings)
- Stitching
- Recliner mechanisms
- Electrical components (like USB ports, sound docks or cooling features)
What about other furniture?
If you’ve purchased items from our extended ranges (such as beds, mattresses or dining furniture), the guarantee may be different.
