In the unfortunate case you notice damage to your home once our drivers have left the property and you feel that it was caused by them, please report this as quickly as possible. Any damages that may have occurred during the delivery process must be reported within 24 hours of your delivery date.

Having images of the damage help dfs understand the problem and also decide on the best course of action. Please provide images damage in question. Here is a guide to help you upload the right pictures:
We do ask for:
- A clear image of the room/area of where the damage is located
- A clear image of the damage that highlights where the this is located in said area
- A close up image or images of the damage
What if I have taken delivery from a third party delivery company?
We do work with various trusted delivery partners, we would ask you to raise the property damage claim directly with them.
