Submitting the right service images

Having images of your concern can help dfs understand the problem and also decide on the best course of action. You can submit a contact us form here and attach your images in one go.

Please provide images for the item(s) you are concerned about. Here is a guide to help you upload the right pictures (use any type of object that will help point/highlight the concern)

 

We do ask for:

  • A clear image of the full item
  • A clear image of the full item that highlights where the concern is on the furniture 
  • A close up image or images of the concern

If you believe you have received an incorrect item, please upload the following images:

  • A clear image of the full item
  • A clear image of the batch label (if you can easily locate it)
