How do I report a problem with my furniture?

What happens after I contact you?

Once we understand the problem, we may:

  • Arrange for a technician to visit your home.
  • Order replacement parts if needed.
  • Provide further support or advice to help resolve the issue.

I want to claim for accidental damage or stains

If you purchased a furniture guarantee that includes accidental damage cover, you can submit a claim online by clicking here.

What can accidental damage cover include?

This may include issues such as:

  • Spills or stains
  • Accidental marks
  • Everyday accidents covered under your policy terms
