When Will I Receive My Refund?

We know you're eager to get your refund, and we're working to get it to you as quickly as possible. Here’s a breakdown of how the refund process works and what to expect.

 

How We Process Your Refund

 

Once a refund has been processed on our end, we'll send you a confirmation email. The money will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Credit/Debit Card: It typically takes 3-5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. This can vary depending on your bank.
  • PayPal: Refunds are usually instant, but it can sometimes take up to 24 hours.
  • Apple Pay/Google Pay: Refunds can take up to 5 business days to process and show on your account.

 

If You've Chosen to pay for your order via a Finance Option

 

If your order was paid for using a finance plan, we can only process your refund once two things have happened:

  1. Your furniture has been delivered.
  2. Your finance agreement has been activated.

This is because the finance company must first release the funds to us before we can send them back to you.

Once these conditions are met, we will process your refund and you will receive a confirmation email from us. The refund will then be issued to your finance provider, who will adjust your loan amount or monthly payments accordingly. If you have any questions about this, we recommend contacting your finance provider directly.
