| Guardsman (Sofacare) Claim | Guardsman can usually find your details using your order number or name and postcode. If you’ve already spoken to them and they can’t locate your cover, we’ll be happy to update their records. |
| Copy for Your Records or VAT | Whether it’s for your own records or a VAT claim, we can send you a copy of your invoice or order details by email. |
| Finance Documents | These are handled directly by your finance provider. If you're unsure who that is or need help contacting them, we can point you in the right direction. |
