What photos do I need to upload for a service request?

When you let us know there’s an issue with your furniture, sharing a few clear photos really helps us get a quick understanding of what’s gone wrong and how best to put it right.

It also means we can avoid going back and forth for more information later, helping us sort things out for you as quickly as possible.

What You Need to Include

To help us properly assess your concern, please provide images that clearly show what’s happening. You can also use everyday objects (such as a coin or ruler) to help highlight the issue if needed.

We ask customers to provide:

  • A clear photo of the full item
  • A full-item photo showing where the concern is located
  • A close-up photo of the issue

If You Think You’ve Received the Wrong Item

If your request is about an incorrect item being delivered, please also include:

  • A clear photo of the full item received
  • A clear photo of the batch label (if it is easy to locate)

Why We Ask for These Photos

Uploading the right images helps us:

  • Identify the issue more accurately
  • Speed up the investigation process
  • Make sure we provide the correct resolution first time

All images can be uploaded at once using the Contact Us form, where you can attach everything directly.
