When you placed your order, we provided an estimated delivery timeframe based on the time needed to carefully make your furniture and for it to arrive at your local distribution centre. We know how important it is to plan ahead, so please be assured we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have any new information. When will we contact you?
As soon as your furniture reaches your local distribution centre, we’ll be in touch - usually 3–4 days before delivery - to arrange a date that works for you. There’s no need to call us while you’re waiting; we’ll reach out when everything’s ready.
Still using your current furniture?
We recommend keeping your existing furniture until we’ve booked your delivery, just to be safe, so you stay comfortable right up until your new furniture arrives.
