Your order number must be exactly 9 characters long and may contain a mix of letters and numbers. Be careful not to confuse similar-looking characters, such as:
- 1 (one) vs. I (capital i)
- 0 (zero) vs. O (capital o) Do not include any spaces or extra characters.
2. Enter Your Surname Correctly
If your surname contains an apostrophe (e.g., O’Neill), enter it as one word without the apostrophe (e.g., ONeill).
3. Double-Check for Typos
Ensure there are no extra spaces before or after your details. Make sure you’re using the correct order number and surname as shown on your order confirmation.
