My order is still within the estimated delivery time

If you're checking on your order and it's still within the estimated delivery time, there's usually no need to worry.

When you placed your order, we provided an estimated delivery timeframe based on the time needed to carefully make your furniture and for it to arrive at your local distribution centre. We know how important it is to plan ahead, so please be assured we’ll keep you updated as soon as we have any new information. In the meantime, don't worry, sit tight, knowing everything is progressing as planned.

What happens next?

  • We'll continue preparing your order for delivery.
  • Once your order is ready, we'll contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
  • You don't need to do anything unless we contact you for more information.
  • The most up-to-date information on your order is available through Track My Order.

Why haven't I heard anything yet?

It's normal not to receive updates while your order is being manufactured or prepared for delivery.

We'll get in touch as soon as your order reaches the next stage and is ready to be booked in.

I've ordered from one of our delivery partners

Some orders are delivered by one of our specialist delivery partners.

If your order is being delivered this way, you'll be contacted directly by the delivery partner when your order is ready.

If you've purchased using finance or still have an outstanding balance, your delivery lead time will begin once:

  • Your final payment has been received, or
  • Your finance agreement has been completed.
