Why is my furniture delivery delayed?

Although we make every effort to keep your original delivery estimate, delays can sometimes happen during manufacturing or transport.

How can I check the latest update on my order?

The quickest way to check your order status is through Track My Order.

Track My Order will always show the most up-to-date information available for your delivery.

I want to know if customer service can provide more information

Our colleagues use the same delivery information shown in Track My Order and may not be able to provide any additional updates.

What can cause a delivery delay?

There are several reasons why your furniture delivery may be delayed.

Delays with materials or manufacturing

Some furniture materials can occasionally take longer to arrive at our workshops due to supplier demand or availability.

In some cases, extra manufacturing time may also be needed to complete quality checks or craftsmanship finishes before your furniture is ready for delivery.

Delivery or transport delays

Occasionally, delays can happen during the transport or delivery planning process.

If this happens, we’ll continue to keep your order updated as new information becomes available.

When will I receive my new delivery date?

We’ll contact you as soon as a confirmed delivery date is available.

Your updated delivery information will appear in Track My Order, along with the next steps to arrange your delivery.
