What happens if I’ve purchased using finance?
If you purchased using finance or still have an outstanding balance, your delivery lead time will begin once:
- Your final payment has been received, or
- Your finance agreement has been completed.
Once the relevant payment or finance requirement has been completed, your order can progress through the delivery process.
