Manufacturing & Transit: While your furniture is being crafted and sent to our local distribution centre, Track My Order will display an estimated delivery timeframe.
Booking Your Delivery Slot: Once your furniture reaches your local distribution centre, we will contact you (usually 3-4 days before delivery) to arrange a specific date and time slot.
Important: Please keep your existing furniture until we have officially confirmed your final delivery date.
