What do I do if I haven't received my delivery?

When you place your order we will give you an estimated delivery time however, please be mindful that these are estimates and may change. To keep up to date visit Track my Order to see the latest information but be assured as soon as a delivery date can be arrange, we'll be in touch! 

What if my delivery is today?

If you are wanting an in-day update, you can use the live tracking information on the link sent via text.

If you have ordered from our extended home range i.e bedroom furniture/dining/garden then please contact the delivery partner you have the delivery scheduled with.

We don't accept any form of harassment in our teams. We promote kindness, equality and respect and ask our customers to do the same.
