What do I do if I haven't received my delivery?

If you are still awaiting a delivery date please keep up to date via Track my Order all the latest information is on there. As soon as we can arrange delivery you will be notified.
If the date has passed from the day and time you arranged please contact us at contactus@dfs.co.uk.
If you are wanting an in-day update, you can use the live tracking information on the link sent via text. If you have ordered from our extended home range i.e bedroom furniture/dining/garden then please contact the delivery partner you have the delivery scheduled with.
