When you placed your order, we sent a confirmation email that includes your sales order details.
To find it, try searching your inbox (and your junk/spam folder) using one of these subject lines:
- “Thank you for your order” – for orders placed before 4th July 2025
- “Your DFS order confirmation” – for orders placed on or after 4th July 2025

What you might need
| Reason | Here’s How We Can Help |

| Guardsman (Sofacare) Claim | Guardsman can usually locate your cover using your order number or your name and postcode. If they’re unable to find it, we can help update their records. |
| VAT Claim | We can email you a copy of your invoice showing the VAT breakdown. |
| Finance Documents | These are provided by your finance provider. If you’re unsure who that is or do not have their number, we can help point you in the right direction. Link to our Finance Partners. |
| Payments and balances |
Your sales order details show the items you’ve purchased and the total order value. It doesn’t include a breakdown of payments or any remaining balance. If you’d like an update on your payments, just get in touch and we’ll happily confirm what’s been paid and what’s left. |
If you need another copy of your sales order, we can send this out to you by post.
While we’re not able to provide copies by email, we’ll make sure a printed version is sent to you as quickly as possible.
