How can I get an estimated arrival time?

What if an estimated time isn't available straight away?
Sometimes our technicians are completing earlier appointments or travelling between customers, which means an estimated arrival time may not be immediately available.
If we're unable to obtain an update straight away, we'll continue trying and keep you informed of any progress.
Will my appointment still go ahead?
In most cases, yes. A delay in receiving an estimated arrival time doesn't necessarily mean your appointment has been cancelled.
