How can I get an update on my service appointment?

Waiting for a service appointment update can be frustrating, and we understand you'll want to know what's happening. Whether you're checking on an upcoming visit or waiting to hear what happens next, we're here to help.

I've already got a service appointment

If you already have a service appointment booked and would like an update, please get in touch with our Customer Care team.

We'll check the latest information available and share any updates we have about your appointment or the next steps.

What if there isn't an update yet?

In some cases, there may not be any new information available straight away.

If this happens, we'll make sure your enquiry is directed to the team managing your service appointment or let you know who is best placed to provide a further update.

Will I need to contact someone else?

For some service appointments, the company carrying out the work manages their own bookings and updates.
