Sofa feet are often packed separately from the sofa to keep them safe during delivery.
If you can't find your sofa feet, check the following places first:
- Inside the sofa packaging
- Inside any boxes or packaging delivered with your furniture
- Zipped into the fabric underneath the sofa
Some sofas have hidden feet, which are designed to give the sofa a floating appearance. These may not be immediately visible.

If you've checked the packaging and underneath the sofa and still can't find the feet, please contact us.
If the feet are confirmed to be missing, we can arrange for replacement feet to be sent out.
If required, we can also arrange for a technician to fit the replacement feet for you.
