If an item is missing
Although it's very unusual, if you notice that an item is missing, please let the delivery team know before they leave. They'll report this to us so we can investigate and arrange for the missing item to be delivered as soon as possible.
If an item is damaged
If you spot any damage during delivery, please point it out to the delivery team straight away. They'll record the issue and pass the details to us so we can arrange the appropriate next steps.
I've noticed an issue after the delivery team has left
