I've missed a call from my store
If you've missed a call from your local store, don't worry. The best way to ensure your query is resolved is to:
- Answer calls from unknown numbers where possible, as your store colleague may be calling to discuss your order or update you on your case.
- Wait for the store colleague to call you again. They will usually make more than one attempt to contact you.
- Check your emails or text messages. Your store may send you a message if they need additional information or want to arrange a convenient time to speak.
I need to contact my local store
