My delivery is late - what should I do?

We know you'll be looking forward to your delivery, so it can be frustrating if your estimated arrival time has passed. Don't worry - we're here to help you find out what's happening.

My delivery window has passed

If your tracked delivery window has come and gone and your order hasn't arrived, please give us a call on 0333 999 9777.

Our team will contact your local delivery depot to get the latest update and let you know when to expect your delivery. We'll do everything we can to keep things moving as smoothly as possible.

Check your live tracking

If you've received a text message with a tracking link, you can use this to view the latest information about your delivery on the day.

The live tracker will show:

  • Your driver's current location
  • How many stops are ahead of you
  • The latest estimated arrival time

As your driver progresses through their route, your estimated delivery time may update.
